To infinity...and BEYOND!

To "feeney"

En.......

MEE....YON!

*Attention all readers: Yes, that is a rather LARGE goose egg right between his eyes! 3 guesses how he got such a mark??? Anyone? Yet, it doesn't stop him from repeating the same behavior. This kid is going to turn me gray LONG before my time!

Every great "Super Hero" has a great sidekick too!
*Well, Chandler has 3 great partners...
"Babygirl"...

"Supergirl"...

And...WONDER WOMAN!
Yep...that's me as a brunette. How do I look?

**Evildoers BEWARE!

More "Little White" kid pics!

A rare moment in time when Chandler held still long enough for his Mama to snap this pic. He's such a handsome little devil!

My sweet, sweet, McKenna!

Eyelash envy!

We LOVE P.F. Chang's!

Yum! Dan Dan noodles!! This was my other Mother's Day gift...not having to cook :-)

Maya just loves EVERYTHING!

The "Chang" makes Maya sleepy.

Many thanks to my beautiful family, and wonderful hubby, for making this such a fun Mother's Day!
*Note to self: Take off the jean jacket BEFORE I take another picture of me and the kids! Sheesh, my kids are going to think I had a "uniform" for real!

I'm Your Little Flower, Mom!

I'm your little flower, Mom.
Please help me grow and bloom:
Take the weeds but leave the roots
And give my lots of room.

Mom, you are my gardener,
My sunshine and my rain.
Too much will make me wither.
With enough, I'll bloom again.

I am your little flower, Mom.
I'm different from the rest:
Don't pick me Mom, just help me grow
To be my very best!

Can you guess what I got for Mother's Day?

What do you do all day?

Oh, I don't know.....

I mainly just sit around while my sweet children tidy up the place....

MY children never cry........

Or throw a tantrum.........

They are never dirty or messy..........

and they always wipe their feet before they come indoors........

In fact, if I had one word for my life it would be......PERFECT!

Baby Braden is here!

About 9 month ago, on August 11th (the day Maya was born), my friend Sara told me that she was expecting her first baby! When I called her to tell her that Maya had arrived she congratulated me, and then said "guess what?"........I'M PREGNANT!! I screamed out loud right there in my hospital room! I was SO excited for her and Aaron. Their journey to parenthood had several ups and downs, which made the news of her pregnancy just a bit sweeter. I felt so blessed that Sara let me share in the good times and the bad, because that's what true friendship is all about....being there for each other.

*Braden Michael was born on April 24th. He was a tiny little thing weighing in at 6lbs 5oz, and he was 20 inches long (I think I got those measurements right).

This weekend I got to go back to Springfield for the first time in 4 years! Maya and I packed up the car on Friday night and headed out to Sara's new place. Sara and Aaron just built a new home in Ozark and it was beautiful (sorry, no pictures...It was raining the whole time I was there)! I had a great time visiting with Sara, and getting to hold little Braden. On Saturday afternoon we went to a baby shower hosted by Sara's college friends. I had a great time visiting with some old friends from college & getting caught up on what's going on in everyone's lives. After the shower Maya and I headed back home. It was a short trip, but well worth it.

Hopefully it won't be another 4 years before I go back again! Something about having three babies in four years kept me stuck *at home* for awhile. However, I'm pretty sure there are no more babies on the horizon for me, so maybe I'll be freed up now :-). I think I'll trade places with Sara for a few years and let her be the one having all the babies this time-LOL!

The "3 Little Whites"

These are the "3 Little Whites". They are the reason I started this blog. I wanted a way to share a little piece of my world with the rest of the world :-). They are my pride and joy & also my #1 reason for complete and utter exhaustion! Whenever I go out I get a lot of "boy, you sure have your hands full" comments....Yes, I do....Yes, I do. I don't necessarily "recommend" having three children in under four years, but I wouldn't change my situation for anything in this world. Something about having this many small children squeezed into one very small home makes a good recipe for laughter! I've learned to live with a certain level of chaos & "organized clutter" that I never thought was possible. I've also learned that it's nearly impossible to "toddler-proof" a home. If you so choose to visit my blog regularly, you will pretty much hear about these three little kiddies, because they are the biggest "chunk" of my world right now. Someday, I'll get to pursue other interests, but for the meanwhile I have these guys to keep me more than busy.

*I feel that I need to put a disclaimer on my blog to let everyone know that I may not always make a lot of sense in some of my posts, that would be because I have been sleep deprived for the last 4 1/2 years! I love my children dearly, but I swear they conspire against me at times. I told Jonathan that I'm pretty sure they communicate with one another during the night to make sure I never get more than 3-4 hours of sleep in one stretch. They can't have me thinking too clearly or else their "gig" would be up.

Easter fun...a little late

How cute are those kids? Chandler looks sad because he was miserable that day. Poor little guy had poison ivy & nasty allergies that day.

*OK, Let's see if I figured out how to add pictures to this blog yet.

My OWN Blog!

I DID it! I hope this works. It's about time for me to join the modern age of bloggers. I'll get more creative later...but for now I need to figure out how this thing works.

Sometimes I don't get dressed for the day until 5:00...pm, and on the weekend I let my kids eat cookies for breakfast. I drank coffee (and sometimes diet coke) when I was pregnant. I use under eye concealer to cover up my zits & I bake when I'm stressed. If you can deal with all that....then welcome to our family blog!
